Juice recipes for 1 serving

The following applies to all recipes: Wash the fruit and vegetables thoroughly, peel them if necessary and chop them roughly and then put them in the blender

  • 1 apple
  • 2 leaves of red cabbage
  • 50 g pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp quark
  • 1 tbsp spelled bran
