Natural fruit sorbet

You can easily make sorbets yourself from fresh fruit juice. No sugar or milk needs to be added to this tangy and natural dessert.

Preparation:


Cut the fruits (e.g. melon) into suitable pieces, put them in the juicer and juice them. Sweeten the fruit juice with honey as desired and put it in the freezer. After 3-4 hours, remove and scrape the ice cream from the surface with a spoon. Place back in the freezer.

The more often you stir and remove the ice crystals during the freezing time, the creamier the sorbet will be.
