Vital Juice Recipe

- 130 g broccoli
- 100 beetroot
- 80 g pineapple
- 180 g pear
Preparation:
- Cut broccoli and kale into pieces of about 3-4 cm
- Halve the unpeeled pears and cut each half into 6 pieces
- Cut the pineapple into 3-4 large pieces
- Add the ingredients one after the other into the Hurom juicer
