Green Vitality Juice
The calcium in cucumber promotes hydration, the fiber in apples aids digestion, and the iron in spinach helps prevent anemia.
Ingredients:
- 300 g apple
- 290 g spinach
- 70 g cucumber
Preparation:
- Cut off the ends of the cucumber
- Cut the cucumbers into smaller pieces
- Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and chop them
- Core and chop the apples
- Add all ingredients one after the other into the Hurom juicer

Since the roots of the broccoli can be too hard, the broccoli should be chopped into small pieces before use.
