Apple, cucumber, spinach juice
Cucumber's calcium promotes hydration, apple's fiber aids digestion, and spinach's iron helps prevent anemia.
Ingredients:
- 300g apple
- 290g spinach
- 70g cucumber
Preparation:
- Cut off the ends of the cucumber
- Cut the cucumbers into smaller pieces
- Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and cut them into small pieces
- Core and chop the apples
- Add all ingredients one after the other into the Hurom juicer
(Tip)
Since the roots of broccoli can be too firm, the broccoli should be chopped into small pieces before use.
