The modern hot air fryer, with its two baskets, each holding 4.5 liters, offers plenty of space for preparing a wide variety of dishes. Whether crispy rösti or juicy chicken wings - no one has to choose anymore. The preparation takes place without the addition of oil, which makes for a lighter meal, while golden-yellow French fries, delicious nuggets and crispy rösti turn out perfectly.
Thanks to the eight preset programs, each basket can be filled and programmed individually. For example, the main course can be prepared on the left and the side dish on the right at the same time - very easily. Temperature and time settings can be adjusted independently of each other, with the temperature being adjustable between 80 and 200 degrees and the time between 1 and 60 minutes.

Crispy chicken
• 4–8 chicken drumsticks, skin removed
• Salt, pepper
• 100 g flour
• 1–2 eggs, whisked
• 150 g paprika tortilla chips, a crumbled
Country Fries
• 500 g waxy potatoes, small, halved or quartered
• 3 tbsp Holl rapeseed oil
• Salt, pepper
preparation
- Season chicken, coat in flour, remove excess flour
Tap off, pull through the egg. - Then cut into chips
Turn several times, press down well, place in one of the two containers and bake for approx. 30 minutes at 190 °C. - Mix potatoes with oil, season, place in the second container and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 °C.
