SLICED CHICKEN WITH ARUCOLA, CRÈME FRAÎCHE AND LEMONS

INGREDIENTS
3 dl chicken bouillon
4 organic lemons
1 clove of garlic
2 shallots
600 g chicken breast 200 g crème fraîche
50 g rocket
PREPARATION
3 dl chicken bouillon with the juice of
3 organic lemons and the grated one
Zest of 1 organic lemon, 1 finely chopped
Garlic clove, 2 finely chopped
Bring the shallots to the boil.
