Slow cooker recipe

Ingredients:

  • 180g dark or milk chocolate

  • 120g butter

  • 120g (80g + 40g) sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 125g flour

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 50 g pecans

  • 250g ricotta

Preparation:

  1. Grease the bottom of the slowcoker insert and line it with baking paper.

  2. Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan.

  3. Stir well, then stir in 80 g sugar, 2 eggs and finally the flour.

  4. Stir in chopped pecans.

  5. Pour the chocolate dough into the slow cooker.

  6. Mix the ricotta with the remaining egg and 40 g sugar.

  7. Spread the ricotta mixture over the chocolate dough and mix/marble everything lightly with a fork.

  8. Put the lid on and start the slow cooker.

  9. Once the cooking time is complete, remove the insert from the slow cooker shell and let it cool without the lid.
