Slow cooker recipe

Ingredients:

180g dark or milk chocolate

120g butter
-
120g (80g + 40g) sugar

3 eggs

125g flour
-
1 pinch of salt

50 g pecans
-
250g ricotta
Preparation:

Grease the bottom of the slowcoker insert and line it with baking paper.

Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan.

Stir well, then stir in 80 g sugar, 2 eggs and finally the flour.

Stir in chopped pecans.

Pour the chocolate dough into the slow cooker.

Mix the ricotta with the remaining egg and 40 g sugar.

Spread the ricotta mixture over the chocolate dough and mix/marble everything lightly with a fork.

Put the lid on and start the slow cooker.

Once the cooking time is complete, remove the insert from the slow cooker shell and let it cool without the lid.
