Ingredients:

  • 1 onion,

  • 2 green peppers

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 zucchini

  • 4 ripe tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Cut all vegetables into equal-sized pieces and add them to the pot.

  2. Add oil and salt.

  3. Cook for about 3 hours.

  4. Remove the lid and add the eggs one at a time.

  5. Put the lid on and after about ten minutes the eggs will be cooked.
