Ingredients:

1 onion,

2 green peppers

1 red pepper

1 zucchini

4 ripe tomatoes

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt
Preparation:

Cut all vegetables into equal-sized pieces and add them to the pot.

Add oil and salt.

Cook for about 3 hours.

Remove the lid and add the eggs one at a time.

Put the lid on and after about ten minutes the eggs will be cooked.
