Ingredients:

  • 150g rice
  • 250 ml vegetable broth

  • 100 ml milk

  • 60 g Pecorino (Ger. Italian hard cheese)

  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients except the cheese to the pot.

  2. Close the lid, select RICE mode, set the timer to 6 minutes and pressure to LOW, press START.

  3. Immediately after cooking, evaporate the pot, open the lid and stir in the cheese.

  4. If necessary, dilute with additional broth or milk and serve with freshly ground pepper.
