The arcus3 Duo Plus slicer impresses with its angled and sturdy metal construction, which ensures particularly precise cuts. Compact and handy, this small device effortlessly handles all cutting tasks. Powered by a 65-watt Eco motor, the slicer is 20% more economical and 50% more powerful than its predecessor.
The angled support surface allows for cutting both thin and large slices – perfect for all applications. Features include a serrated blade, a momentary and continuous cut switch, a practical cord storage compartment, and a food drip tray. Additionally, a smooth ham/slicing knife is included, giving you even more flexibility when using the Duo Plus device.

Safety and permanent switches
Arcus3 offers two operating modes: In short-term operation, the circular blade runs as long as the switch is pressed to position "II." For continuous operation, the switch is set to position "I," which causes the circular blade to operate continuously until the switch is moved back to "0."
Removable carriage
The carriage of the Arcus3 slicer is designed to be easily removed. This makes cleaning the device particularly easy and ensures hygienic use. This feature offers maximum flexibility, even when slicing oversized items.
Continuous cutting thickness adjustment
The slice thickness can be precisely adjusted from wafer-thin to approximately 20 mm. The continuous adjustment allows the product to be cut into even, appetizing slices as desired. This flexibility saves time and effort.
Knife
The serrated stainless steel knife guarantees perfect cutting results every time. It's versatile and ideal for a wide variety of cutting tasks. Whether hard or soft, this knife allows you to effortlessly and evenly slice all foods into appetizing slices.
