The Contura3 slicer allows you to effortlessly cut food into even slices. Thanks to the precise slicing thickness adjustment, which ranges from wafer-thin to approximately 23 mm, the thickness can be individually adjusted to your liking.
Safety momentary and permanent switches
The slicer offers two operating modes: For short-term operation, the switch is pressed to position "II," so the circular blade only runs as long as the switch is held. For continuous operation, the switch is set to position "I," which causes the circular blade to run continuously until the switch is returned to the "0" position.
Cuttings collecting tray
The food collection tray is positioned directly below the circular blade to neatly collect the sliced food. Made of high-quality, easy-to-clean plastic, it's not only suitable for catching the sliced food, but also ideal for serving.
Powerful ECO engine
This is a powerhouse! The contura3 food slicer is powered by a 65-watt Eco motor, which is 20% more economical yet 50% more powerful than its predecessor. The use of this energy-saving motor makes a positive contribution to protecting the environment.
