Compact, robust and powerful

Slimline yet powerful for everyday use – that's the fino1 Duo Plus food slicer. Its metal construction and functional design make this device particularly robust and precise. Thanks to its slim shape, the food slicer requires minimal countertop space. All parts that ensure stability are made of metal, guaranteeing a long service life and precise cutting results.

The cutting thickness is continuously adjustable up to approximately 20 mm, and thanks to the removable carriage, even larger items can be easily processed. A food collection tray and a practical cord storage are also included. The fino1 Duo Plus is powered by a 65-watt Eco motor, which is 20% more economical and 50% more powerful than its predecessor.

The Duo-Plus device also comes with a smooth ham/slicing knife, which offers additional versatility in use.

Safety and permanent switches

There are two operating modes:

  1. Short-term operation: Press the switch and push it until it feels resistant: the circular blade runs as long as the switch is pressed.
  2. Continuous operation: Press the switch and slide it over the resistance until it clicks into place: the circular blade runs until the switch is pushed back to “0”.
Cuttings collecting tray

The practical food collection tray is positioned directly beneath the circular blade and ensures that the sliced pieces are collected neatly and securely. The collection tray is made of high-quality material, is easy to clean, and optimally adapted to the shape of the appliance, making it not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
