The Fiskars Taiten knife set (2 pieces) is a true innovation that puts everything under control while cooking. It consists of a large chef's knife and a paring knife, both equipped with a particularly lightweight titanium blade. The result is incredible precision, speed, and ease of use. Thanks to the revolutionary LZR-EDGE™ technology, in which titanium carbide particles are laser-etched into the cutting edge, the blades stay sharp up to four times longer than conventional knives. Titanium also ensures excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life. The dynamically shaped handle with its three-dimensional pattern sits comfortably in the hand, while the stainless steel bolster and end cap ensure perfect balance. Please note that titanium is not a magnetic material; therefore, the knives should not be stored in magnetic storage solutions such as wall hangers or knife blocks. Due to the special titanium blade, we recommend sharpening the knife only with a whetstone and cleaning it by hand. Avoid cutting particularly hard objects or frozen foods. The knife set has a 25-year warranty and was developed in Finland.
