VEGETABLE STIR-FRY WITH CHICKEN

1 onion cut into fine strips, 1 clove of garlic cut into thin slices and
Sauté 20 g grated ginger in a little oil in the same pan.
Steam 1 red pepper cut into fine strips, 200 g shiitake mushrooms cut into fine strips for about 3 minutes.
Add 300 g kefen, steam briefly, then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of raw sugar over it and caramelize slightly.
Deglaze with 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce
and simmer the chicken
Add again, mix and serve with coriander if desired. Rice goes well with it
