Iced coffee recipe
Summer coffee with vanilla ice cream and caramel milk foam
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of coffee
- 50 ml cold milk
- 2 tbsp caramel syrup
- 30 ml milk (for milk foam)
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
PREPARATION:
- Mix cold milk (50 ml) with 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup and pour into a coffee glass
- Add 2 to 3 ice cubes to the milk
- Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream to the coffee glass
- Prepare coffee and carefully pour it into the coffee glass
- Froth 30 ml of milk and top the coffee with it
- As a final crowning touch, spread 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup over the milk foam
