Berry citrus juice

A refreshing summer treat made with plump berries and tangy citrus fruits.

This vitamin-rich juice combines the flavors of ripe blueberries, blackberries and currants with the fresh kick of orange, grapefruit and lemon.

🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:

  • 200 g blueberries (fresh)
  • 100 g currants (red or black, depending on your preference)
  • 100 g strawberries (optional, if still available)
  • 2 oranges (peeled)
  • 1 grapefruit (pink, peeled)
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (approx. 10 g, optional for a fresh kick)
  • Some ice cubes for serving
  • Fresh mint for decoration (optional)

🍳 PREPARATION:

  1. All Wash berries and citrus fruits thoroughly
    (In citrus fruits, the peel can be processed if you like to enjoy bitter notes in the juice)
  2. If desired, the Rinse ginger briefly
  3. All ingredients Put whole and unchopped into the Hurom juicer
  4. Pour the freshly squeezed juice directly into glasses with ice.
  5. With Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy immediately
