Berry citrus juice

A refreshing summer treat made with plump berries and tangy citrus fruits.
This vitamin-rich juice combines the flavors of ripe blueberries, blackberries and currants with the fresh kick of orange, grapefruit and lemon.
🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:
- 200 g blueberries (fresh)
- 100 g currants (red or black, depending on your preference)
- 100 g strawberries (optional, if still available)
- 2 oranges (peeled)
- 1 grapefruit (pink, peeled)
- 1 lemon (peeled)
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (approx. 10 g, optional for a fresh kick)
- Some ice cubes for serving
- Fresh mint for decoration (optional)
🍳 PREPARATION:
- All Wash berries and citrus fruits thoroughly
(In citrus fruits, the peel can be processed if you like to enjoy bitter notes in the juice) - If desired, the Rinse ginger briefly
- All ingredients Put whole and unchopped into the Hurom juicer
- Pour the freshly squeezed juice directly into glasses with ice.
- With Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy immediately
