Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken

  • 4 small potatoes

  • Herbs

  • Mustard

  • 200 ml beer

  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Place a rack or crumpled balls of aluminum foil in the insert.

  2. Rub the skin of the chicken with mustard and season with salt.

  3. Place the chicken on the grill, pour in the beer and add the herbs.

  4. Halve the potatoes and add them.

  5. Set pot for 4 hours.

  6. After the cooking time has elapsed, check the doneness and briefly brown the chicken under the grill.

  7. Degrease the cooking liquid and let it boil.
