Caramelized Cinnamon Bananas

🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:

  • 4 ripe, but still firm bananas
  • 2–3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp butter or coconut oil (optional, for extra caramelization)

👉 Optional for serving:

  • Natural yogurt or vanilla ice cream
  • Chopped nuts or granola

👨 PREPARATION:

  1. Halve bananas lengthwise (peel can stay on or be removed – depending on preference).
  2. Brush with honey and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon.
  3. Optionally add small flakes of butter for a more intense caramel note.
  4. Bake in the air fryer at 190 °C for 6–8 minutes until the bananas are soft and golden brown caramelized.
  5. Serve warm – plain or topped with yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
