Caramelized Cinnamon Bananas

🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:
- 4 ripe, but still firm bananas
- 2–3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp butter or coconut oil (optional, for extra caramelization)
👉 Optional for serving:
- Natural yogurt or vanilla ice cream
- Chopped nuts or granola
👨 PREPARATION:
- Halve bananas lengthwise (peel can stay on or be removed – depending on preference).
- Brush with honey and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon.
- Optionally add small flakes of butter for a more intense caramel note.
- Bake in the air fryer at 190 °C for 6–8 minutes until the bananas are soft and golden brown caramelized.
- Serve warm – plain or topped with yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
