This privacy policy applies to kitchen-more.ch as well as all online offerings, newsletters, marketing activities, and interactive services (e.g., chatbots). The legal basis is the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG). The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is voluntarily observed for users from the EU.

5. Retention period

Our newsletter is sent only after double opt-in and may include statistical analyses (e.g., link clicks). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter or by emailing marketing@tavora.ch .
9. Integration of third-party content
We integrate content from YouTube, Google Maps, and Facebook, for example. These providers may collect IP addresses and set cookies.
10. Cookies and web tracking
We use cookies for functionality, security, and statistical purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser. For web analytics, we use Google Analytics with enabled IP anonymization.
11. Cookies and Analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies and stores data on servers in the USA. The IP address is anonymized. You can prevent tracking with an opt-out cookie .
We use cookies for functional purposes and web analytics. A consent banner is not required in Switzerland, as we do not distribute within the EU.
12. Facebook Social Plugins
When you load Facebook plugins (e.g., the Like button), data is transmitted directly to Facebook. If you want to avoid this, log out of Facebook beforehand or block the plugins with add-ons.
13. Use of AI
We use generative AI systems (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Mistral, ChatGPT) to generate images and text. No personal data is used in this process. The AI-powered chatbot only processes questions and answers with your express consent. Its use is secure and transparent in accordance with the EU AI Act and the German Data Protection Act (DSG).
