🧠 Barista tips for the best espresso experience
-
Using fresh beans:
The best coffee is a barista roast – perfect for portafilter machines like the Baressa. Grind directly before brewing for maximum flavor. -
Preheat cups:
Coffee temperature remains more stable – especially important for small espresso cups. -
Observe pressure:
The pressure gauge helps you find the ideal pressure range (9–11 bar for brewing). It's helpful when choosing the grind size. -
Froth milk like a pro:
Immerse the nozzle slightly, create a circular movement – creamy foam in about 30 seconds.
