Honey Feta with Thyme

🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:
- 2 blocks feta (approx. 200g each)
- 3–4 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp fresh or dried thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Freshly ground pepper
👉 To serve:
- Fresh bread or crackers
👨 PREPARATION:
- Place feta in a small oven-safe dish (suitable for an air fryer).
- Drizzle generously with honey.
- Sprinkle thyme over it and drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with a little pepper.
- Bake in the air fryer at 180 °C for approx. 8 minutes, until the feta is soft and lightly golden brown.
- Serve immediately while hot – ideally with fresh bread or crispy crackers.
