Honey Feta with Thyme

🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:

  • 2 blocks feta (approx. 200g each)
  • 3–4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp fresh or dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Freshly ground pepper

     

👉 To serve:

  • Fresh bread or crackers

👨 PREPARATION:

  1. Place feta in a small oven-safe dish (suitable for an air fryer).
  2. Drizzle generously with honey.
  3. Sprinkle thyme over it and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Season with a little pepper.
  5. Bake in the air fryer at 180 °C for approx. 8 minutes, until the feta is soft and lightly golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately while hot – ideally with fresh bread or crispy crackers.
