The November juice

Daily ginger shots with date & lemon naturally strengthen your immune system.

🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR APPROX. 6 SHOTS (40–50 ml each) :

  • 150 g fresh ginger (washed, unpeeled)
  • 2 lemons (with peel, organic quality)
  • 1 orange (optional for a milder version)
  • 1 date (pitted – for natural sweetness)
  • 1 tsp turmeric (fresh or ground, optional)
  • 1 pinch of black pepper (enhances the effect of the turmeric)

👨 PREPARATION :

  1. Preparation:
    Wash the ginger, lemons, and orange thoroughly. Thanks to the Hurom's slow-juicing technology, you don't need to peel or cut them – simply add them whole.
  2. Juicing:
    First add the ginger and date to the Hurom, then the lemon and orange (if using).
    Hurom processes the ingredients gently, so that all essential oils and vitamins are preserved.
  3. Refine:
    Pour the freshly extracted juice into a glass, stir in turmeric and a pinch of pepper.
    Optionally, pass through a fine sieve if you want a clearer texture.
  4. Bottling & storing:
    Fill into small glass bottles and store in the refrigerator.
    Keeps for approximately 4-5 days – shake well before drinking!

💛 Tip:

  • Drink one shot (approx. 40 ml) every morning on an empty stomach.
  • For sensitive stomachs, you can dilute it with a little water or apple juice.

The pomace made from ginger and lemon is wonderful for:

  • flavored tea (pour hot water over it)
  • a warming foot bath
  • or dried as a room fragrance 🌸
