☕ General information on operation

What types of coffee can I make?
Espresso, Lungo, and Café Americano can be adjusted to individual water volumes. Hot water is also available.

How do I save my favorite coffee?
Hold down the button → start the drink → dispense the desired amount → press the button again = saved.

How do I adjust the grind size?
The grinding level is continuously adjustable , but only during the grinding process ! Otherwise, the grinder may be damaged.

Can I also use ground coffee?
No, the device is designed to use whole beans .

🧼 Cleaning & Care

What needs to be cleaned daily?

  • Wipe the drip tray and grid with a damp cloth

  • Empty and dry the residual water container

  • Empty the pomace container

  • Clean the outside of the case (do not hold it under water!)

How do I descale the machine correctly?

  1. Fill water tank with descaler

  2. Start descaling mode (see instructions)

  3. Machine goes through cleaning automatically

  4. Don't forget to rinse

  5. Symbol deletes itself automatically after correct execution

How do I clean the brewing unit?
With CLEAN COFFEE defatting tablets – recommended approximately monthly , especially if your coffee taste changes.

⚠️ Problem solving

No coffee despite starting?
➡️ Check: Is the water tank inserted correctly? Is there air in the hoses? Is the outlet clogged?

Pump making noise?
➡️ Dry the outside of the tank. Treat limescale separately.

Grounds container symbol remains active?
➡️ After emptying, wait at least 10 seconds before reinserting.

Coffee doesn’t taste as usual?
➡️ Adjust the grind setting (only when grinding!). Change beans. Degrease the brewing unit.

Control panel not responding?
➡️ Removed the protective film? Place your finger flat on the screen, not just the tip. Clean the display.

Brewing unit jammed or crooked?
➡️ Turn the appliance off and on again, close the door. If necessary, carefully insert the grounds container manually.
