Crispy Avocado Fries

🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:

  • 2 avocados
  • 60 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (or oil spray)
  • Salt & pepper

👉 Optional for the dip:

  • 150 g yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chili or Sriracha
  • 1 dash of lemon juice

👨 PREPARATION:

  1. Halve avocados, remove the pit, and cut into even wedges.
  2. Prepare three bowls:
    • Flour in the first
    • Whisked eggs in the second
    • Panko in the third
  1. First, coat avocado wedges in flour, then dip them in egg, and finally bread them in Panko.
  2. Lightly spray or drizzle the breaded wedges with oil.
  3. Bake in the air fryer at 200 °C for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, optionally prepare the dip: mix yogurt or mayo with chili and lemon juice.
  5. Serve avocado fries hot – perfect for dipping!
