The September Juice

With freshly harvested apples, pears, chard and cucumbers.
Not only does it taste wonderfully refreshing, but it's also a real nutritional bomb for your body.
🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS :
- 4–5 ripe plums (including mirabelle plums or prunes), pitted
- 2–3 sweet apples (e.g. Honeycrisp or Gala), washed
- 2 ripe pears (e.g. Conference), washed
- 1 lime, freshly squeezed (optional – for more freshness and antioxidant)
👨 PREPARATION :
- Wash all fruit thoroughly – remove the core from plums, and for apples/pears, it is sufficient to put them whole into the Hurom (no chopping necessary).
- Squeeze the lime and set the juice aside.
- Add all fruits (and optionally the lime juice) directly into the Hurom and start the device.
- Collect the juice and enjoy immediately – chill it for refreshment or serve it with ice .
