    Ingredients:

    • 2 oranges (peeled)
    • 2 apples (core)
    • 1 small beetroot (peeled)
    • 2 carrots (peeled)
    • 1 piece of ginger (approx. 2 cm, peeled)
    • 1 cinnamon stick (optional for decoration)

    PREPARATION:

    1. Wash oranges, apples, beetroot, carrots and ginger.
    2. Prepare your juicer and juice the ingredients one at a time. Start with the firm ingredients, like beets or carrots, and then add the juicier ingredients.
    3. Pour the finished juice into glasses and decorate with a cinnamon stick if desired.
