Ingredients:

  • 1 onion

  • 1 green pepper

  • 500g beans

  • 1 or 2 tomatoes

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 4 skinned beefsteak tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Cocoa powder

  • Chili powder

  • smoked paprika powder

  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cut all vegetables into equal-sized pieces.

  2. Add the vegetables, beans and tomatoes to the pot.

  3. Add the oil.

  4. Stir in cocoa powder and chili powder.

  5. Season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika powder.

  6. Crock-Pot 5.L set to Auto and 4:30h.
