Made from 90% recycled stainless steel, it features an uncoated, engraved cooking surface ideal for frying and searing at high temperatures. The 3-layer base ensures even heat distribution, while the robust stainless steel body and handle are designed for longevity. The pan is suitable for all stovetop types, oven-safe up to 270°C, and easily recycled. To avoid sticking, increase the temperature gradually and use cooking oil or fat. Designed and manufactured in Finland.
