The red knob can be used to increase the barbecue temperature by more than 100°C. Two different barbecue zones with a difference of over 200°C can be used simultaneously.
Ideal for direct and indirect grilling, smoking or low-temperature cooking. Up to 80% of the heat is directed onto the food. Maximum heat utilisation ensures more even and faster results. Less charcoal is needed to achieve optimal grilling temperatures. Compared to conventional barbecues, which only use 50% of the heat, the HLS® kettle barbecue with Hot-Sear Zone saves valuable resources.
